Shipping policy

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). 

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed before it can be shipped. In most instances, if your order is placed by 3pm EST on a business day, we will ship it the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm EST, it will not be processed or shipped until the next business day.

Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will process and ship out the next possibly business day.

*Processing and shipping times may be delayed during holidays and heavy shipping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday Season and large sales. We thank you for your patience during these times.

2023 Shipping Delays

Orders placed after 3pm EST on/after 12/21 will not begin shipping until 12/26.

Orders placed after 3pm EST on/after 12/27 will not begin shipping until 1/3/24.


Standard Shipping Costs

Shipments to addresses within the United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories) will all be shipped via UPS or Fedex with a flat rate.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, we offer 2nd-day, 3rd-day, and overnight expedited shipping for an additional charge. Expedited shipping refers to shipping time once carrier receives packaging, not processing time. 

Returned to Sender

If orders are returned to us (using “return to sender”) then you are responsible for the additional cost of shipping. Shipping costs will also be covered by customers requesting a replacement order, and will require your signature for delivery. 

Lost Shipments

For deliveries that are lost in transit or delayed, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier to file a claim. Once there has been enough time to investigate the case, we will send out a replacement order ourselves. 

Subscriptions

To access and modify your subscription information, please sign into your account. If you do not have an account, create one using the email address used to place your order.

Once you have logged in, click on your account profile to access your subscriptions.

From there, you may cancel or modify the frequency of your subscribed products.
