Return Policy

 

If you’re not happy with your ClarityRx products, you may return them within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.  

All returns are processed through our Returns Request page. Please log in to your account to begin the returns process for your items and receive your prepaid shipping label.  

We do not accept returns on Gift Cards.  

If you would like to ship your return parcel to us yourself instead of using the Returns Request, you may also email our Customer Care representatives at info@clarityrx.com. Please follow the below steps to ensure proper returns processing: 

  • Include your order number and let the representative know you would like a return and on which item(s).  
  • You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label via email (minus the cost of shipping) that you can then print out and attach to the parcel.  
  • If you wish to return the item yourself, please print out your invoice with an order number and include it with your returned product(s) and ship it to:

  • Pack up the products carefully so they are not damaged in transit, include original packing slip, seal the package, and attach the Prepaid Return Shipping Label or the address above on the outside of the box. 
  • Take the package to your local USPS shipment center, as we use USPS to process returns. 
  • Only returns that can be traced back to our warehouse will be credited. Returns sent using a method other than our provided Prepaid Returns Shipping Label or the correct address with a printed copy of your invoice and order number cannot be tracked in the case of loss and will not be refunded.  

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a refund of the cost of your purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to process back to the original form of payment. 

Product Guarantee 
ClarityRx Clinical Skin Care, Inc. unconditionally guarantees our products from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase when used as directed. 

Goods Damaged In Transit 
The acceptance of a shipment by our shipping company of choice is an acknowledgment that the articles were delivered in good condition and properly packed. Goods damaged in transit to customer are the responsibility of the customer to report to ClarityRx Clinical Skin Care, Inc. within 24 hours so a damage claim can be processed through the shipping company. Upon receipt of all goods, the customer should inspect the packaging for any visible damage.
